The total amount of the reservation will be debited from the credit card within 48 hours of your arrival. A deposit equivalent to one night will be required in the event that you book more than 2 rooms or stay more than 2 nights.
Arrivals are carried out entirely independently. The day before your arrival you will receive the access code for the entrance and the instructions to get to your room.
If cancellation is less than 48 hours’ notice, the cost is fully applicable. If your cancellation occurs more than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit required at time of booking is retained.
The usual cancellation policy applies, unless a new specific government ban prevents you from enjoying your stay, then it will be possible to postpone your reservation without charge for the equivalent period in 2021 or obtain a credit note for a stay in the following 12 months.
We are unfortunately not responsible for lost or forgotten items. But in case we found them, we keep them 2 weeks at the reception. Just call us and we will mail them for postage + $ 15 administration fee.
